Spring Sound, Breath & Microdose ImmersionEaster Weekend — April 4 | 12–5 PM
Ohm Zome Cowichan Valley
Spring arrives.
The light stretches longer into the evening. The air begins to shift. Beneath the soil, life that has been resting through the dark months begins to stir.
Nature remembers how to begin again.
Easter carries the ancient archetype of resurrection. Not only as a story passed through tradition, but as a living pattern moving through the earth and through our bodies. A letting go. A descent into the unknown. Then the slow rising of life again.
This gathering is an invitation to meet that cycle within yourself.
Through sound, conscious connected breath, sacred music, and a carefully held microdose journey, we open a space where the nervous system can soften and the body can listen more deeply. Layers that have been held tight may begin to loosen. The breath opens pathways inward. Awareness expands.
Spring is the sacred dance of fertility and renewal. Beneath the surface of our lives there are seeds waiting for the right conditions to grow. When we slow down enough to listen, light begins to reach the places that have been hidden or dormant.
In that light, the inner garden begins to grow.
Old patterns soften. New life takes root. Healing unfolds through being present with your body, sensations and curiosity about where our journey may take us. When we let go we begin to connecting with our own alignment and with the deeper intelligence already moving through your body.
We gather in community to support and witness the collective healing.
We use simple tools:
Breath.
Sound.
Presence.
Medicine
And the body remembering its rhythm.
Across cultures and throughout history, altered states have been part of spiritual renewal — through breath, rhythm, prayer, music, and plant allies. Not as escape, but as a way of seeing more clearly and feeling more deeply.
This space is held with care and intention. A place where we can open, explore, and integrate together.
Spring does not rush.
It simply responds to the conditions that allow life to bloom.
Perhaps this is the season to tend the soil of your own becoming.

About Adeline:
Adeline is a Sound & Energy Healer whose work is rooted in deep listening — to the body, the Earth, and the subtle currents that move through life.
Through sound journeys using crystal bowls, gong, drum, and voice, she creates spaces where the mind softens and the body returns to its natural rhythm. Her work invites a reconnection with presence, allowing what is ready to release or awaken to unfold in its own time.
Adeline also facilitates movement journeys inspired by Kundalini dance teachings, where intuitive movement invites a deeper connection with the body and its energy.
