About this Event
Join Natalya & Kaleb for a Spring reset as they take you on a journey through deep rest, somatic nourishment, and a soothing sonic landscape. Natalya will guide students through a yin sequence focused on accessing the side and front body while Kaleb offers hands on assists rooted in acupressure and meridian work. In traditional Chinese medicine, the spring is governed by the Wood element so we'll focus on liver & gallbladder meridians, honoring rebirth, growth, and expansion.
After our practice, Kaleb will be offering Thai bodywork for all participants, bringing them into a deeper state of restoration. Meanwhile, Natalya will lead a soundbath encorporating crystal singing bowls, harmonium and mantra, ambient electric guitar, tibetan bowls, and more.
You'll leave feeling nourished, elevated, and well-rested for a transition towards the yang season!
