Spring is a natural time for renewal.
As the seasons shift, our bodies often crave lightness, clarity, and balance. The Spring Reset Workshop is a guided seasonal experience designed to help you transition into the new season through mindful movement, breathwork, nourishing lifestyle habits, and intentional reflection.
This workshop blends gentle movement, nervous system regulation, seasonal nourishment, and practical wellness rituals to help release winter stagnation and support your body’s natural reset.
Rather than extreme detoxes or rigid routines, this experience focuses on simple, supportive practices that help you feel energized, grounded, and aligned moving into spring.
What We’ll Explore
Mindful Movement:
We’ll begin with slow, intentional movement designed to awaken the body after the winter months.
Expect grounding mobility work, gentle stretching, and breath-led movement to help stimulate circulation, release tension, and restore energy to the body.
All levels are welcome.
Breathwork:
Breath is one of the most effective ways to regulate the nervous system.
You’ll learn simple breathing techniques that help calm the body, reduce stress, and improve focus. These are practical tools that can be used anytime you need to reset throughout your day.
Holistic Habits + Seasonal Nourishment:
Spring offers a powerful opportunity to refresh daily routines and nourish the body with lighter, more supportive habits.
During this portion of the workshop we’ll explore simple seasonal practices including:
• hydration and mineral balance
• incorporating fresh, vibrant foods into daily meals
• supporting the body’s natural detox pathways
• reducing heavily processed foods and excess sugar
• creating simple nourishing food rituals for the week
The goal is to introduce small, sustainable shifts that support energy, digestion, and overall wellbeing.
Connection + Community:
Reset is often easier when we’re supported by others.
This workshop creates a welcoming space to connect with people who value intentional living and holistic wellness. Guests are welcome to share reflections, bring a friend, or simply enjoy being part of a like-minded community.
Inner Alignment:
The workshop will close with guided reflection and journaling to help clarify intentions for the season

• habits and rituals that support your energy and wellbeing
We’ll close by setting a clear seasonal intention and introducing practical tools to support your reset moving into spring.
