Spring Renewal Sound Bath
An evening of gentle renewal, fresh energy, and nervous system reset. 🌿
You’ll experience:
- ✨ Guided meditation with a seasonal renewal intention
- ✨ Sound bath to soften the body + clear stagnant energy
- ✨ Potential for deep rest and emotional release
Perfect if you’re:
- 🌱 feeling stuck, heavy, or low-energy
- 🌱 craving a reset or fresh start
- 🌱 ready to create space for what’s next
This is a space to:
- 🌸 release what you’ve been carrying
- 🌸 restore your energy
- 🌸 reconnect with your natural rhythm
As the sound waves move through you, you’ll be invited into deep rest and gentle renewal—leaving you grounded, refreshed, and open to new beginnings.
🧘♀️ The following items will be provided: mat, pillow, blanket, eye mask, but you may use your own if you prefer. Bring any other items to deepen your comfort level. For example, fluffy socks, if feet get cold, like mine!🧦
😌 The best part about a Sound Bath is that you don't need to do anything! Simply rest and receive 🌙
🕑 Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to start to allow enough time to settle in.
