Join Lauren Champagne at the threshold of spring for an afternoon of cacao, meditation, and sound healing. The Spring Equinox marks a time of balance and renewal—an invitation to emerge from winter’s hibernation, release what no longer serves, and plant intentional seeds for the season ahead. We’ll gather in circle to share ceremonial cacao, pull oracle cards, move through a guided meditation, and reflect with journal prompts, closing with a deeply restorative sound bath. This experience is open to all—no prior experience needed. Cacao is chocolate in its purest form. Lauren prepares it with hot water, spices, plant milk, and a touch of sweetness.
