Seasonal change from winter to spring often highlights our physical and emotional imbalances, stagnation, exhaustion, and/or irritability. It is also the most potent time for self-care practices leading to longstanding healing and transformation. Perfect timing for the Spring Equinox.
In our time together we will do a specific somatic practice that supports liver detoxification which leads to emotional balance and mental clarity. It is also beneficial in boosting the immune system and supporting overall digestive health.
Increased understanding of the spring season and its psychosomatic effects allows us to design self-care rituals that work intuitively and effectively with our bodies and minds. We will discuss simple yet effective take home lifestyle practices to use on a daily or weekly basis to support your self-care after the workshop.
What to bring:
- Wear comfortable clothing you can relax and move in.
- Feel free to bring a yoga mat for movement, blanket and bolster pillow for personal comfort during the sound meditation.

Linda Zizlavska is an integrative health and wellness practitioner with 20+ years of experience. She specializes in assisting people to understand and heal their bodies through sacred bodywork, movement, and spiritual guidance.
Susan Stites specializes in channeled energy work and sound healing. She uses vibration and energy movement of Light Language to assist healing, opening pathways, and self alignment.
