🌿 Spring Qigong in the Garden for Vitality Spring is the most potent time of the year —
a sacred season of greening, renewal, and rising life force. 🌿
🌿As we gather in the latter part of spring, when the earth is at her most lush and alive, we will learn how to gather, drink in, and store Spring Chi within the organs, creating a reservoir of vitality we can draw upon during the darker months at year’s end.
🌿Qigong, the original Taoist yoga, is an ancient Chinese practice of self-alchemy — transforming our lead into gold through the natural medicine of the elements.🌿
🌿In this Spring Series, we will explore each element in depth through an interactive Qigong, meditative, and magical experience in the garden. You will come to know the elements more intimately than ever before while cultivating Chi — life force energy — in the beauty of the natural world.
