About this Event
Spring Notes is an intimate, four-course seafood-centric dining experience inspired by seasonal flavors and intentional winemaking.
Each course is prepared in-house by our chef alongside an optional (but highly recommended) wine pairing, curated by our co-owner and in-house sommelier, is available to elevate each course and tell a story alongside the food.

FOUR COURSE MENU
Course 1: Verde Gazpacho
topped with fresh heirloom cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion and pickled jalapeño
Course 2: Ceviche
poached shrimp, torched avocado, sweet yellow onion, cilantro and a side of pickled serrano garnished with pickled fresno chilies
Course 3: Seared Halibut
pan seared halibut, bed of garlic citrus cous cous, tomato confit, blood orange burre blanc, topped with a micro green salad and citrus caviar
Course 4: Panna Cotta

Each guest in attendance requires a ticket; meal is plated per individual.
ADD ON optional wine pairing when checking out. Wine pairing comes with four 3oz pours of wine, one paired with each course. Additional beverages and bottles will be available to purchase at the event.
Seating will be at the discretion of our service team. Tickets purchased together will be seated together. For tickets purchased separately; we will do our best to accomodate seating requests. Communal seating may be utilized.
Our team takes great care in creating your experience—gratuity is warmly welcomed, but never expected. For your convenience, gratuity may be left in cash or added digitally at the end of the evening.
