Bring the family to Spring into Science, a free, hands-on science event for children of all ages. Join us Friday, May 1, from 5:30 to 8 p.m. on the second floor of Sangamon Hall at the LLCC–Springfield campus.Enjoy interactive science stations, chemistry demonstrations, plant and flower activities, a bird banding demonstration, marine biology experiences, and more. Weather permitting, families can also take part in a prairie walk to explore native Illinois ecosystems.
Check-in will be in A. Lincoln Commons. This event is sponsored by the LLCC Natural and Agricultural Sciences Department and the LLCC Chemistry and Biology Clubs.
