Spring Into Movement – Jump Rope with Hany

Join us for a 40-minute family-friendly jump rope class and enjoy the spring weather while moving together as a community!
We are excited to welcome our special instructor, Jump Rope with Hany, who will guide participants through the world of freestyle jump rope in this fun, fitness-focused class. Participants will explore a variety of jump rope skills while building cardiovascular endurance, rhythm, coordination, and jump rope–specific fitness in a supportive and encouraging environment.

This class is open to families and all skill levels. Latinas Network will provide jump ropes, but you are welcome to bring your own if you have one.
Registration is required and closes April 6 so we can ensure enough supplies for everyone.
