This gong bath is crafted to offer a transformative experience as we enter into the warmer seasons. The gong utilizes nine distinct resonances ranging from 300 to 3500 Hz. These harmonious frequencies are carefully calibrated to resonate with the body, mind, and spirit, inducing a state of deep relaxation and inner harmony.
