Welcome the arrival of spring with a practice that embodies the energy of renewal and rebirth. The Spring Equinox is the perfect time to reset, release old patterns, and embrace new possibilities.In this 60-minute flow, we'll focus on breath, movement, and intention-setting, clearing away the stagnant energy of winter and inviting fresh vitality into both body and mind. The class will gradually build from grounding and centering poses, opening the body to receive the expansive energy of spring. We'll explore postures that strengthen, stretch, and cleanse, allowing the body to bloom into its fullest expression.
You'll leave the class feeling refreshed, light, and empowered to step into this season with clarity and purpose. Lavender Lemonade and Cucumber water will be served during and after to further nourish and calm you.
All you need to bring is a mat and yourself and maybe a friend. Let's bring in Spring together in this fun and beginner friendly class!
*This event will be on The Cliffs at Timber Rock Lodge, above the pergola and fire pit to the right of the lodge if facing the front. When you arrive at the lodge from the main entrance, you will park to the right in that parking lot, then walk up the wood steps to the waterfall.
*Weather permitting, otherwise the event will be in the Great Hall inside the lodge.
