Spring Equinox marks the return of light and gentle transition into a new season, inviting us to pause, and realign with the natural rhythms of change.
We transition from shorter, darker days into the warmth of brighter, longer days that encourage us to move out of hibernation, reengaging with nature and creating space for growth, balance, and possibility. This Yoga & Sound Bath experience is designed to support your mental wellbeing as we move through this seasonal shift - inviting you into a space of calm, reflection, and renewal. Together we’ll explore the themes of balance, transition, and gentle awakening, to reconnect with your breath, your inner fire, and the natural cycles that support rest, growth, and transformation.
You will leave feeling nourished, grounded, and more connected to yourself, carrying a sense of lightness and intention into the months ahead.
What to expect:
• All-levels, beginner-friendly yoga flow themed on our inner fire (solar plexus chakra)
• Grounding breathwork (pranayama) and meditation
• Deeply restorative sound bath
• Space for reflection and seasonal intention-setting
This practice is open to all, whether you're new to yoga or have been practising for some time. No previous experience is needed. 🌿✨
