Celebrate the returning light with a fireside stretch, option cold water dipping & a hot wood fired sauna. Finished with a hot brew & homemade cake. Please note this is open to mixed genders unlike my women only sauna sessions!
This two hour gathering is a perfect after work destress and date night where we'll enjoy indoor yoga by the fire, followed by a lovely finish Sauna, (optional cold water dip) finished off with brew & cake.
