About this Event
Tickets: Sliding Scale
Join us for a deeply intentional four-hour journey, welcoming the Spring Equinox with open hearts and calm minds. We’ll begin by sipping ceremonial cacao, setting intentions to align with the renewal and energy of spring. With hearts open, we’ll move into gentle breathwork and an all-levels movement practice, connecting body and spirit to this seasonal shift.
From there, immerse yourself in a profound two-hour sound bath. You’ll be enveloped in the resonant vibrations of alchemy crystal bowls, including the Super Grade Alchemy Crystal Tones Bowl, alongside other healing instruments. The experience culminates with a powerful gong bath featuring eight gongs, creating waves of deep resonance. We’ll close with a grounding meditation and integration, sending you off refreshed and in harmony with the season.
What to Bring:
- A yoga mat, pillow/bolster and blanket, eye pillow for comfort during the gong bath
- Water bottle
- Wear comfortable clothing for movement and relaxation. We recommend layering to stay cozy and warm while lying down.
- Please bring your own mug to enjoy the Cacao.
- We encourage you to bring a journal and something to write with
Limited Capacity, so reserve your spot early to welcome the season with renewal and joy.

Sliding Scale & Giving Back
Your generosity is deeply appreciated. Every contribution—no matter the amount—extends beyond this event and helps us support meaningful community initiatives.
For this gathering, we are honoured to give back to:
• The Downtown Eastside community in Vancouver, supporting programs and services for women and vulnerable individuals.
• North Shore Youth Safe House, operated by Hollyburn Family Services, which provides essential shelter, care, and support to at-risk youth on the North Shore.
• The Mental Health & Wellness Counselling Program at Mount Seymour United, offering 16 complimentary counselling sessions with a registered therapist for individuals in need — fully funded through community contributions.
Every dollar truly makes a difference. The more we receive, the more we are able to give.
Thank you for being part of this ripple of care, compassion, and collective support.
