Spring arrives.
A subtle shift in rhythm… and a quiet sense that something within you is ready to feel balance.
There is something rare and meaningful about being in a room of people choosing presence over pressure, stillness over urgency, and connection over isolation.
This gathering is a space for you to experience that pause.
The Spring Equinox marks a natural moment of equilibrium, where nothing is pulling harder than the other. Even a brief experience of that kind of balance can bring feeling of deep peace.
We’ll begin by sharing warm ceremonial cacao, a traditional heart-opening plant medicine known for its calming, grounding presence.
The ritual is an invitation to settle into your body and become present. From there, you’ll be guided into a Reiki-infused sound bath with crystal singing bowls, chimes, gentle drumming, and subtle energetic support.
These layered vibrations help quiet mental noise, release physical tension,
soothe the nervous system, and allow the body to drop into deep, restorative rest.
leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more centered ~ as if something inside has quietly been balanced.
You’ll spend most of the experience lying down in comfort. Yoga mats are provided, and you’re encouraged to bring blankets, pillows, or anything that helps your body fully relax.
No experience is needed. No belief is required. Nothing is expected of you. If you feel drawn to be here, trust that.
