The spring equinox marks a natural turning point — a time when day and night come into balance and the world begins to shift into growth, light, and renewal. This immersive sound bath offers a space to release the heaviness of winter and welcome the fresh energy of spring.
As you rest comfortably, the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls will gently guide your body into a calm and receptive state, supporting nervous system regulation, mental clarity, and emotional reset.
Many people leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded — with a renewed sense of openness for the season ahead.
No experience is necessary. Simply come as you are and allow the sound to do the work.
What to bring:
Yoga mats, blankets, bolsters, and eye pillows will be provided, though you are welcome to bring your own for added comfort.

Refund policy:
Tickets are refundable up to 24 hours before the event. Due to limited space, refunds cannot be issued after this time. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend.
