About this Event
The Spring Equinox is a celestial event that welcomes the vibrant season of spring in the Northern Hemisphere, a moment of perfect harmony where day and night dance in equal balance. This is a beautiful and powerful time to set an intention, pause and connect with the cyclical nature of the earth. We will clear out stagnant energy, celebrate new beginnings and hold visions of the future we desire.
The evening begins with a delicious floral tea for you to sip on and a gentle 💗 opening meditation, designed to awaken the senses and bring you clarity on your visions for this Spring season. We will set our intentions, plant them deep within the mind to unfurl and bloom in the months to come. You will then comfortably rest back, as I guide you on a journey through layers of healing sounds that will harmonize the body and mind on a cellular level. Ethereal vocals, crystal bowls, chimes and oceanic sounds will fill the room. This experience will leave you feeling tranquil within and prepare you for a night of deep sleep.
A world of new possibilities (and deeper sleep) opens up to us when we return to restorative practices that expand our capacity to navigate life's challenging moments.
* For a cozy experience I recommend bringing a pillow & mat to rest on. I will have blankets for you to use, feel free to bring your own!
