About this Event
Just a day after the Spring Equinox, when day and night stand in perfect balance, we gather in a circle to honour the sacred dance of opposites within and around us.
The equinox reminds us that life is not either one way or the other, Instead it is the eternal rhythm between light and shadow, effort and surrender, masculine and feminine, action and rest. In nature and in ourselves, growth emerges through finding this balance.
This circle is an invitation to pause, reflect, and gently explore the places within us where opposites peacefully coexist in both the strength and softness, the darkness and the light, the endings that quietly hold the seeds of new beginnings.
Through guided practices and energetic work, we will create space to bring these polarities into harmony and reconnect with the natural balance already present within the body and spirit.
Our Journey Together
We will begin with a grounding opening circle, pulling oracle cards and setting personal intentions for balance and integration.
From there, you will be guided into a Shamanic drum journey, using rhythmic drumming to enter a meditative state where you can explore the inner landscape of light and shadow. During this journey you may meet symbolic guides, explore the balance of your inner masculine and feminine energies, or receive insight into what is ready to be released and what is ready to grow.
The experience will continue with SRT (Spiritual Response Therapy) energy clearing, gently clearing energetic patterns or imbalances that may be keeping you out of alignment. As you are guided through the SRT clearing you will also be lead through a guided Sound Bath allowing vibration and sound to move through the body and nervous system, supporting integration, regulation, and energetic harmony.
