A gentle day to unfurl from the winter months as we arrive at this time of equal day & night, the start of Spring and a time of new growth. We'll start with Wild Circle, sharing conversation about what matters most to us around a fire, followed by a two hour cold water immersion & sauna therapy experience. We'll then gather for a lovely lunch in the farmhouse dining room. This day will be full of connection and community spirit, a joyful end to winter.
