Spring Equinox Reset for Therapists, Caregivers & Frontline Workers
The Spring Equinox is a natural pause point—a moment of balance, renewal, and reset. This workshop is designed for those who spend their days caring for others and need intentional space to recharge.
Together, we’ll explore gentle self-care practices and simple energy-clearing tools to support grounding, protection, and emotional boundaries. These practices are accessible and practical, designed to complement the work you already do.
You’ll also experience TRE®/tension-trauma releasing exercises—a somatic modality designed to remove blocks at the cellular level through neurogenic tremors. When the body’s intelligence naturally unwinds restrictions, it regulates the nervous system. As a result, we feel more spacious in our whole being.

What to expect:
- Discover grounding and protective crystals and how to work with their energy.
- Learn to use sacred tools like smudges and room sprays to clear and protect your space.
- Practice gentle breathing exercises to restore balance and reconnect with your body.
- Set intentions and release what no longer serves you as you welcome the new season.
- Learn TRE® with guidance and safety.
