About this Event
Donation-Based Admission - all proceeds benefit Yoga Village, a Wilmington-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to making yoga and mindfulness accessible to all.
As the seasons change, gently ease yourself out of hibernation, reawaken to life and take a deep breath as we restore balance together. As the sun begins to illuminate more of our day, our bodies become more awake. Spring softens the edges of change and reminds us to renew, rebalance, and rejuvenate our whole selves.
Join in for a special Spring Equinox Live Music Yoga class, with yoga led by Taylor LoGrasso and live music by CB Johnson. This class will be slow, gentle and include moments of reflection and meditation. All are welcome! Mats and chairs are available and modifications can be made to suit any body.
