Join us for a Spring Equinox Journaling & Meditation Workshop to connect with yourself and set positive intentions for this season of rebirth, renewal, and new beginnings.
This event will be offered in person as well as over Zoom for those unable to attend. A link to the recording will be sent to all attendees.
Welcome to the Spring Equinox Journaling & Meditation Workshop! Join us at Pan's Apothika Annexe on Santa Monica Boulevard in Los Angeles, CA and on Zoom for a day of self-reflection and connection. This in-person event will guide you through journaling exercises and meditation practices, as well as exploringing tarot, astrology, and the chakra system to align your goals with the energy of the spring equinox. Connect with like-minded individuals in a magical setting as we welcome the new season together. No experience necessary, just a willingness to explore your inner world and connect it with the surrounding world.
In this 90-minute workshop, you will:
🕯 Learn about and connect with the themes and energy of Aries and spring, and align your life and goals with these cycles.
🕯 Connect with the spring equinox as rebirth and opening to abundance
🕯 Set and align your goals with the current energies of spring, Aries, and Mars
🕯 Learn about the symbolism of the tarot cards correspondant to Aries and Mars
🕯 Channel Aries and Mars energy to initiate a new beginning
🕯 Be guided in meditation to connect with the self and the initiating energy of Aries
🕯 Receive a mini-daily ritual to help manifest your goals and stay focused on your unique journey throughout Aries season
Attendees will need to bring:
🖊️ A journal or notebook and something to write with
🕯️ A candle (can be any size or color--does not have to be big or even new) in a glass or ceramic vessel, as well as a lighter or matches. Candles of all sizes and colors will be available for purchase at Pan's Apothika if needed!
❤️ An open heart and an open mind
🔮 OPTIONAL: a tarot or oracle deck of your choosing to assist in answering journaling prompts
