Join us as at the heart. yoga studio as we honor the Winter Solstice with 108 Sun Salutations led by Lesley Carney, practiced in four intentional segments with grounding yin pauses in between. This meditative practice is designed to help you release the past year, reset your energy, and welcome the return of the light.
The number 108 symbolizes wholeness and renewal, and each round becomes a chance to let go, breathe deeper, and reconnect with your inner strength. We’ll close with a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra (guided reclined meditation) to integrate the practice and settle into stillness
Move at your own pace. Modify, pause, and feel supported to make it yours—this ritual is about presence, not perfection.What to wear: We suggest comfortable, breathable clothing that allows you to move freely. Most students wear leggings or yoga pants with a tank top or fitted tee. Class is practiced barefoot. You likely won’t need any layers — but feel free to bring a light sweater for yoga nidra.
What to bring: A yoga mat and a water bottle. We have free sweat towels for you, and mats for rent. We will have all the necessary props for your class (blocks, straps, etc.).
