About this Event
Join us for a beautiful two-hour journey of movement, energy, and deep relaxation near the ocean in Fort Lauderdale.
We’ll begin with gentle Kundalini yoga with Zayna de Gaia, slow and nourishing movements designed to open the body, calm the nervous system, and reconnect you to your breath. From there, we’ll flow into Shakti dance a joyful and uplifting practice that invites you to move freely, awaken your life force energy, and simply have fun in your body.
After the movement, we’ll transition into a deeply restorative sound healing journey led by Nancy Savard where you’ll lie back, relax, and allow the vibrations of healing instruments to guide you into a state of peace and renewal.
This experience is designed to help you release stress, elevate your energy, and reconnect with yourself in a supportive and welcoming space.
All levels are welcome, no experience with yoga or dance is needed.
