Inspired by the delicate charm of springtime, this exquisite 4-Hands Afternoon Tea collaboration with award‑winning Pastry Chef Mandy Siu of Finesse Patisserie, Hong Kong, features vibrant flavours and refined pastry craftsmanship. Look forward to Chef Mandy’s curated highlights such as Black Lemon Honey Gâteau, Pink Grapefruit & Yuzu Cheesecake, and Anéo 34% Chocolate Orange Scone, served with a special orange hazelnut whipped ganache.
The Spring Elegance Afternoon Tea will be available from 4 March to 17 May 2026. Priced from $65.00 with a glass of Copenhagen sparkling tea, and from $95.00 with a glass of R de Ruinart Brut champagne.
