About this Event
What to expect:
Music education is about more than learning notes.
It is about helping our pupils feel confident expressing themselves. Over four engaging days, children will explore how music and theatre skills can help them develop confidence, communication and creativity in a supportive environment.
Ensemble Musicianship
Children will make music together in small groups, learning how to listen, respond and support one another musically.
Speaking & Stage Presence
Through simple theatre exercises, pupils learn how to stand confidently, speak clearly and feel comfortable presenting in front of others.
Confidence Through Creativity
Improvisation, storytelling and musical games help children discover their own ideas and express them with confidence.
Collaboration & Leadership
Working in small groups encourages teamwork, empathy and the ability to lead and follow within an ensemble.
A Supportive Environment
We keep the group intentionally small so that every pupil feels seen, encouraged and supported.
Children who already play an instrument are encouraged to bring it, but this is not essential.
The camp focuses on broad musical skills that benefit all young learners.
