After the incredible energy of our sold-out January session, we are returning to the temple. If you joined us for the New Year’s Breath, you know the magic that happens when this community breathes together. If you missed it, now is the time to step into the light.

Spring is the season of emergence. Following the success of our winter ritual, we are bringing back the exact same beloved format: a deep, guided breathwork journey followed by a live performance from the transcendent Carolin Schnabel (www.carolinschnabel.com).

Breathwork is more than a technique; it is a homecoming. After the quiet of winter, spring calls for a different kind of opening. It’s about shaking off the last layers of dormancy and allowing your system to expand.

Whether you are a regular at the Berlin Breath Club or a curious newcomer, the invitation remains the same: come as you are. You only need yourself and an open mind. Our breath and our bodies are different every single day; on this spring day, let’s see what new possibilities arise when we gather to breathe, listen, and bloom together.
