The Big Game is in the Bay this year and we’re celebrating with Rachel Remboldt—a four-season veteran of the San Francisco 49ers Gold Rush. This Spotlight is an electrifying, high-energy class designed to bring the power, precision, and performance quality of pro dance to our studio. Dancers will focus on sharp technique, strong visuals, musicality, and full-out performance while learning choreography inspired by professional sideline and field routines. Emphasis will be placed on style clarity, projection, and attacking movement with confidence—whether you’re new to pom or refining your pro-level skills.
Whether you’re looking to level up your technique, sharpen your performance skills, or simply experience the thrill of pro-style dance, this workshop delivers a winning combination of challenge and fun. Come ready to move, sweat, and get hype!

What to Wear & Bring
Athletic shorts, leggings, tank tops, or tee shirts. Sneakers recommended. Poms optional but always encouraged. Bring a reusable water bottle & sweat towel, too!

Meet Your Instructor:
Rachel Remboldt (she/her) is a versatile dancer trained primarily in pom, jazz, and hip hop, with a strong foundation built through competitive pom in high school. She expanded her artistry as a member of Release Contemporary Dance Company at UC Davis before spending four seasons as a professional dancer with the San Francisco 49ers Gold Rush, where she was honored as the 2022 Performer of the Year. Rachel has choreographed for a range of teams across the Bay Area, her choreography credits include the Saint Mary’s College Dance Team and the Bay Area Panthers.
