The Hope Foundation invites you to a special edition of our Spoons4Change community event. Join us at KommRum for a warm, hands-on cooking workshop celebrating the culinary traditions of East Africa and South America.
👩🍳 Meet Your Hosts Eden (from Ethiopia) and Ana Luísa (from Brazil) will guide you through the secrets of their home cuisines. This is an interactive workshop where you’ll chop, stir, learn, and laugh together.
🥘 What We Are Cooking
- Appetizers: Crispy Sambusas (Ethiopia) and Pão de Queijo (Brazilian cheese bread)
- Main Courses: Misir Wot (spiced red lentils), Atakilt Wat (cabbage and potatoes) and Feijão Tropeiro
- Dessert: Brigadeiros (Brazilian chocolate sweets)
- Drinks: Traditional Ethiopian Coffee and refreshing Ipanema cocktails
✨ The Vibe Expect a cozy, educational, and communal atmosphere. We will play music from the hosts' regions, share fun facts about the cultures, and enjoy a delicious meal together.

We ask for a participation fee of 7€ if you want you can donate more to support this kind of projects.
