How to create iridescent waves in edible material
This class is wonderfully creative, perfect for any summer birthday, another cult favourite animal, is challenging yet achievable and will widen your skill set and confidence with structured cakes.
Within reason you can swap to a killer whale or other sea mammel with similar form if you want, please talk to me ahead of class though so I can work out the logistics if I need to bring different materials
Come and create your own amazing sculpted cakes! Leave with new found friends, confidence and a cake so good your friends and family won't believe you can eat it.
This course is a one day course and will be held at:
Bennetts End Community Centre
Community centre in Hemel Hempstead, England
(Joe's Cafe has now closed so i'm reverting to our former venue. I will remind you all so no one ends up at Joes by mistake!)
Class will start at 9am so please arrive at 8.45am. Class will finish by 6pm at the latest. There is easy parking on site, most of which is free.
You will be asked to bring with you a 12 inch square cake and 800g of ganache. Full recipes and assistance will be provided to help you with this. I ask you to bring these so that you learn to bake larger cakes and practice your ganache making skills! It also means you can cater for individual dietary or allergen needs and personal circumstance.
If you would like any help in bringing these two items please do discuss it with me, I will always try and help any way I can.
The course is just £160 (EBP - £130) for a full day of up skilling, confidence building, friendship starting fun where you'll not only walk away with your own incredible fully structured dolphin cake- but also a new found buzz for cake art and a whole heap of self belief.
