Splash Society - Modern Water Workouts

Dive into the coolest way to stay fit with our Modern Water Workouts. Splash Society is taking over The Garden District Hotel pool every other Saturday for a high energy 50 minute flow! Tickets sold here: https://www.gdhnola.com/events/splash-society/

This in-person event is all about fun, energy, and making waves while you exercise. Starting at 9:30 AM, guests are invited to settle in poolside before the main event.

At 10am - We begin our 50-minute, high-energy aqua aerobics class

Afterward, enjoy an Après Splash cocktail and all-day pool access, both included as part of your session.

Open to locals and resort guests alike, offered every other Saturday.
