About This Half-Day Workshop Series
After 30 years of working in the field and a lifetime of requests, award-winning singer and holistic practitioner Muna Escoffery is ready to teach energy work for the first time. Now in her 60th year, she's stepping forward to share the sage wisdom and deep experience she's cultivated through her remarkable journey from professional music to profound healing work.
This foundational course offers monthly 4-hour Sunday afternoon sessions designed to give you the essential tools, practices, and spiritual hygiene needed to work safely and effectively in energetic and holistic spaces.
Sound bath: All sessions end with a sound bath for integration.
Guest teachers: Muna cultivates her vast network of master practitioners, adding different specialists to the programme to share their wisdom with you on Reiki, Crystal Healing and much more.
Flexible attendance: While the course is designed as a progressive monthly series, you're welcome to drop in for individual sessions based on your schedule and needs. That said, most participants choose to continue with the full series as each month builds upon the foundations laid before.

What to Bring: Bottle of water, journal and pen, comfortable clothing (no shoes policy in yoga studio)

Who Is Muna Escoffery?
Muna (Marcia Escoffery) is an award-winning singer, six times nominated as a member of The Escofferys, one of the UK's best female gospel groups, and was signed to Atlantic Records USA in the early 90s. In 2025, she was honored with induction into the Gospel Hall of Fame—a recognition of her extraordinary contribution to gospel music.
But her path took a transformative turn after life-altering experiences led her to re-evaluate how to make a meaningful difference in the world. Beginning with voice tuition, Muna discovered that helping clients find their vocal range often meant unlocking emotional blocks and releasing old hurts to free their voices—a revelation that sparked her journey into holistic healing. While she has taught singing for years, this marks her first time formally teaching the energy work and healing modalities she has practiced for three decades.
