For the 9th consecutive year, St. Raphael will offer the Spiritual Exercises for Everyday Life (SEEL) beginning this October. This is a retreat designed for busy people and affords the average person to do the Ignatian 30-day exercises. There is a recommended 6 session primer on prayer that begins in late August before SEEL begins. The SEEL retreat is offered both in-person and virtually. This could be your opportunity to dive into the rich depths, in the centuries-tested 30-day retreat from St. Ignatius of Loyola, broken down into a manageable 32 weeks. Weekly group meetings will be determined by the availability of participants. Both in-person and virtual meetings are available.
