Featured Poet: Alexandra Morgan Geiger, a California native, earned her BFA in fine art from UCSB and her MSW in NYC. Devoted to healing the human heart and spiritual transformation, she launched a career combining the expressive arts with psychotherapy. The raw vast beauty of both California and the Hudson Valley, where she spent three decades, shine through her poetry and short stories. Her work has appeared in Persimmon Tree, The Artisan, The Woven Tale Press, and Muse Literary Journal, and she has been a quarterly contributor to Neptune poetry journal since 2020. Alexandra lives in sunny St Peterburg where she continues her psychotherapy practice, writes, paints, and spends a lot of time in nature and dog parks with her adored pups, Pablo and Rosie. Her debut poetry collection Poems for Susan: A Brief History of Two Sisters will be released by Musehick Publications on October 1, 2025.
