I’m Melissa (Mel) — a Yoga Alliance 200-hour RYT, Usui Reiki Master-Teacher, and Sound Healing Practitioner. My journey into yoga and energy healing began later in life and has been a path of deep self-acceptance, healing, and transformation — body, mind, and spirit.
Through Lumina Sage Yoga & Healing, I currently offer Yin yoga, Reiki, meditation, Oracle readings, incorporating sound healing in a gentle, inclusive space where you can rest, reset, and reconnect with your inner light. You are truly welcome here — just as you are.
