Info: Beginning with introductions, we will establish a boundaried space for open sharing. Carly Renee will lead us in a unifying collective meditation, followed by activating the communal altar.

Info: We will anchor our connection to the Earth element in spiritual practice and physical embodiment for personal and collective purpose. Nervous system exercises for co-regulation and expanding joy will be taught by Angelica Palomo of Inner Body Strength.

Info: We will provide guidance and journaling exercises for connecting to our emotional and intuitive flow during times of change. Together we will harness the power of water to hold our intentions for a better world.

Info: Connecting to the element of Air using visioning techniques and speaking our bold authentic truths, we will generate inspiration and ideas for creating collective change. Together we will build a radical vision for a future created by all of us in community and love.
