Spirits Class - Black Frost Distilling with founder Jace Marti

Black Frost Distilling represents the partnership of a sixth-generation brewer, Jace Marti, and a sixth-generation farmer, Nate Gieseke. Both harbored the ambition to craft terroir-focused spirits born in the fields of Minnesota. Located in New Ulm Minnesota, Black Frost produces whiskies and rums with an unquestionable commitment to quality and an unwavering passion for flavor. 

In this class, founder Jace Marti will join us to talk about his distillery. Formerly a brewer at August Schells, Marti takes an intensely researched and considered approach to distilling. He will lead you on a tasting of his whiskies and rums and possibly throw a cocktail into the mix as well. This is a rare opportunity to learn about distilling from one of masters of the craft and explore one of Minnesota's best up-and-coming distilleries.
