Spirits and Spirit Workings encompasses a fascinating realm of spiritual practice and belief that involves interacting with non-physical entities or energies. This domain can include a variety of traditions and practices, such as shamanism, mediumship, ancestral veneration, to name but a few. Practitioners often seek guidance, wisdom, or healing from spirits, which are believed to be either independent entities or manifestations of universal energies. Spirit working is deeply personal, relying on intuition and personal experiences, and often can involve rituals, meditation, dream work, weekly offerings, simple communication and much more. In this class we will learn about various spirits and how to work with them. We will look at ways to set up space for spirit working and what offerings one can give and how often.
