Energy is held in the chakras from past lives and past experiences, creating our unique vibration. Some of this energy is held onto out of fear and trauma, and serves no purpose once the experience is integrated. Often, the process of integration is avoided due to the suffering or trauma from the experience. This is what creates "triggers" and is partly responsible for our fear level. Integration means we acknowledge what happened, and accept that it did. This does not mean that the suffering experienced or abuse endured was ok. In this group healing it can be a powerful experience, as gathering with others to heal is conducive to increasing the power of the healing.
Clearing the chakras and integrating the experiences held there is liberating and enhancing to ourselves. More light is brought in and a higher vibration can be sustained.
We will be connecting via vocal/energetic channeling with Shamans and beings residing in the 5th dimension. The healing work will be intense and deep, please avoid alcohol and recreational drugs for a minimum of 72 hours before the event.
