Reflect and celebrate all you have accomplished this year, and open your heart to new opportunities and connections.You’ll be supported by Olive from All Love Wellness & Deb from Sounds for the soul. Both women offer unique events focused on nourishment, growth, and lifting people up to their highest potential.
To open will take some collective breaths, and stretch our bodies out before finding our way to a comfortable seat or laying down position. Allowing ourselves to be watered and nourished by uplifting music, and soothing sounds.
Using your breath to water your intentions for this season of growth and expansion. Deb and Olive offer a unique variety of instruments, as well as a harmonious and smooth transition between Crystal Bowls, gongs, handpan, ngoni(African harp) chimes, ocean drum, rainstick, and more. Our intention is to create a space that will inspire you to let go of all that does not serve you, to make way for the best version of yourself.
To prepare we ask you bring a water bottle, yoga mat, pillow, blanket, journal, and pen. If you forget your props we will have some to borrow. If you have something to cover your eyes that may help deepen your experience with the sound bath.
This experience is going to be very special so we suggest to call your sound bath buddy, and book your space. Thank you for your continued support 🙏🏼✨
$40 per person for the sound bath, and option to add on cacao and nourishment will be offered to registered participants.
