Spiral Dance is a fusion of Tantra, Authentic Relating & Brazilian Zouk partner dancing.
In Spiral Dance, we playfully explore what masculine & feminine energies really mean by experiencing what they really feel like when we embody them. We put aside the concepts and caricatures to come into experiential understanding.
We first learn how to step into them on our own. Then, we consciously choose one of these energies to embody and play that role in a partnership dynamic - discovering how to relate to each role in a way that can take us into co-creative bliss. This is the Spiral Dance.
We like to change roles and change partners in order to expand the scope of our experience and understanding. Come ready to have fun and learn in all directions!
**No partner needed. Many come solo and gain tonnes of insight!
- We have 4 monthly intensives in Toronto left for this year.
Each intensive will have its own focus. The focus will be a central theme that we will look at; feel; share; and dance with together.

Theme: Embody your true Masculine & Feminine Energies. Clear their caricatures, let go of the performance and feel the powerful truth of what they are in your body.
