This healing journey and ceremony is designed to reconnect to the natural, vital energy that lives within your body and nervous system, so you come into rhythm with the elements in you that wants to move, feel, express, and live fully.

Many of us carry tension, emotion, and old patterns in the body long after they've served their purpose. Over time, this leaves us feeling tired, disconnected, cycling in stories and resistance we can't seem to break out of.

The most powerful and effective way to disrupt the old and create real, felt energetic change through our mind and body, is through nervous system release and reset.

Through this Group Spinal Energetics Ceremony, we will work with the body’s natural ability to release stored stress and reconnect to your own flow of energy within the nervous system. We will be activating the sacral chakra in particular.

This is aopportunity to let your old layers and protectors soften and release — so you can really exhale again... so your natural vitality returns with a glow and radiance.

When energy in your body begins to move again, so do the creations, clarity, and new beginnings you desire in your life.

Spinal Energetics is a gentle yet powerful modality that works with the nervous system, spine, and energetic field to release stored tension, emotional blocks, and survival patterns held in the body.

Through light touch, energetic connection, and guided awareness, the body is supported to unwind naturally — allowing energy to move, emotions to release, and new patterns to emerge.

We work with and wake up your body's natural intelligence.

You may experience:
