The neurodivergent gals monthly social club is back and the first meet up of the year is here to boost all of your happy hormones through rhythmic movement and a playlist so motivational you will be smashing through all of your 2025 goals 🎶💖
Holli Jessi, Manchester indoor cycling coach! Will be hosting a ‘Spin and Shake’ party - where we take part in a neurodivergent exclusive cycle class followed by a protein shake and a chance to meet like minded individuals.
The theme of this class is ‘Neurodivergent Baddies’ where we will be celebrating artists under the Neurodivergent umbrella such as Doja Cat, Chappell Roan and Sabrina Carpenter 🤍
Holli is a fellow ND girlie so we are very excited that Holli will be hosting this special event! The class will be upbeat however alternative instructions will be given to those who struggle with coordination or prefer a slower pace. Remember we are all in this together, this is a fun and non competitive environment, so let loose and unleash your inner Ariana ‘side to side' 🥹
This event is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible, and mobility to use a stationary gym bike must be considered before booking on to the class. Please see our alternative creative club / book club for those less mobile, or contact for information on staying active regardless of your level of mobility 🩵
Lighting in time to the music will be used, however we are happy to discuss this with attendees who feel they would benefit from slow changing lights opposed to flashing. Aircon will be used to try and keep the room as cool as possible however please remember to bring cold drinks of water to class to regulate temperatures as we bop around 🚲
