March Spice of the Month: Discover the magic of color-changing tea with butterfly pea powder, a vibrant blue ingredient made from dried butterfly pea flowers. Popular in Southeast Asian drinks and desserts, it transforms from deep blue to purple when mixed with acidic ingredients like lemon juice. This month’s kit includes two visually stunning recipes and book suggestions that celebrate culture, creativity, and transformation.
