Spring training is here! Registration for SOAR Sports Performance Spring Training is officially OPEN!Our spring session begins the week of March 2, with flexible options to train for 6β12 weeks. Athletes are welcome to train through spring break or take the week off β weβll still make sure they complete all scheduled sessions. Athletes may also start later than March 2 if needed.
Spring Training Options
SOAR Foundations (Middle & High School Athletes)
Our foundational strength, speed, and movement program focused on building confident, resilient athletes across all sports.
π Offered daily from 4:00β5:15 PM (choose the best 2β3 days per week)
SOAR+ (Advanced Athletes)
Higher-intensity and sport-specific training for experienced athletes ready to elevate strength, power, and performance.
π Offered on the same days and times as SOAR Foundations
β‘ In-Season Athlete Tune-Ups
Perfect for athletes currently competing, these options help maintain strength, reduce injury risk, and support performance β without overwhelming busy schedules.
Flexible options include:
β’ Online training access (train from home)
β’ Hybrid training (online + in-person)
β’ Weekend sessions for in-season athletes (based on interest)
