Each 45 minute class blends:
• Functional movement
• Stretching and coordination
• Breathwork for calming
• Nervous system regulation tools
We build strength and confidence, then end every class in our aerial hammocks for deep relaxation. The soft swaying helps reduce overstimulation and allows the body to reset.
