At this special event you will learn powerful yet gentle qigong practices to assist with finding greater balance, enhancing your energy and living more in harmony with nature.

Tea has long been associated with meditation and there will be the chance to reflect and set intentions at the calming, meditative matcha green tea ceremony. Chamomile tea will also be available.

The event will commence at 1.45pm and finish at 3.15pm.

The event is taking place in London at the Life Centre Notting Hill which is a relaxing sanctuary for well-being. It is a 4 minute walk from Notting Hill Gate underground station. Notting Hill Gate is served by the Central, District and Circle Lines. Notting Hill Gate underground station is 2 minutes from High Street Kensington on the Circle Line and 7 minutes from Oxford Circus on the Central Line.
