About this Event
Join me on Sunday 21st July, the day of the Summer Solstice, as we welcome the official arrival of Summer. The Solstice marks the longest day of the year - a powerful moment of light, expansion, energy and renewal. Across many cultures and traditions, it’s seen as a time to pause, reflect and realign with what we truly want to grow and nourish in our lives. It’s an opportunity to release old energy, reconnect to yourself and step into the next chapter with greater clarity and intention.
This special extended session will begin with a guided intention-setting ritual, where you’ll have time to reflect, journal and write down what you wish to call in for the months ahead. Together, we’ll create space for new energy, growth and alignment before dropping into restorative breathwork, drumming and an extended immersive gong bath at the London Buddhist Centre — my new home for sound healing, and a truly beautiful space energetically.
The room is fully set up with mats, bolsters and blankets, so you don’t need to bring anything… just yourself and an open mind.
