Bringing back Saturday Sweat for a special event for a great cause!!
My fiancé, Monica, and I are raising money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society as a part of their Visionaries of the Year campaign. (https://www.llsvisionaries.org/)
We invite you to a special Saturday Sweat where 100% of your class dues will be going to support LLS in funding ground breaking research and support countless cancer patients!!
What to do:

In case you forgot, Saturday Sweat is a super fun and effective group workout class hosted at Horner Park. The workout is a cicruit through stations resistence bands, dumbbells, body weight and more. Anybody at any level of fitness can participate and be challenged!
More than anything, this is supposed to be a positive, healthy, fun way to start your Saturday off right alongside a great group of people! Please consider joining us for this special event!
